As an Honorably discharged Navy Veteran, Dr.  Kimberly has made serving the people her lifestyle for almost 40 years. The survivor of cancer and a stroke were the catalyst for her to advocate systemically and to become a voice that highlights prominent issues and concerns that affect the quality of life for all persons and the equity in obtaining it.
